Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Rakefall is a product of ZipLyne LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its registered office at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801 (referred to as "Rakefall", "we", or "us"). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and ZipLyne LLC and govern your use of rakefall.com, app.rakefall.com, and the Rakefall games (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

2. The beta, in plain terms

The Service currently operates as a free-play beta. That means:

• Play is free. We do not charge you to enter a match.
• In-game credits are promotional play units. They have no cash value, cannot be purchased, and cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, exchanged, sold, or transferred for money or anything of value.
• No real-money wagering, staking, deposit, or withdrawal of value is offered anywhere on the Service today.
• The Service is under active development. We may reset, adjust, or remove beta balances, match history, statistics, and leaderboards at any time without notice or compensation.

If and when real-money play launches in a region, it will be governed by additional terms finalized with counsel for that region (see Section 15) and will be offered only where licensed and lawful.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service you must:

• be at least 18 years old, or older where your local law sets a higher age;
• have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
• use the Service only where doing so is lawful; and
• not be barred from using the Service under applicable law.

You are responsible for confirming that using the Service is lawful where you live. We may restrict access from any region at our discretion.

4. Accounts, callsigns, and wallets

The beta identifies you by a callsign. You may optionally connect a self-custodied crypto wallet. If you do:

• your wallet remains yours. We do not take custody of your assets in the beta and we will never ask for your private keys or seed phrase;
• you are responsible for the security of your wallet and for all activity that occurs under your callsign or connected wallet; and
• wallet software is provided by third parties under their own terms, not by us.

5. Beta credits

Beta credits are a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play within the Service. They are not property, not currency, not a financial instrument, and not a claim on ZipLyne LLC or on any token. We may grant, adjust, or revoke credits at any time as part of operating the beta.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use aim assistance, macros, bots, scripts, or any form of automation to play or to gain an advantage;
• exploit bugs, tamper with the client, interfere with the simulation, or attempt to manipulate match outcomes or the in-match economy;
• probe, scan, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
• operate more than one concurrent identity to gain an advantage;
• harass, threaten, or abuse other players; or
• use the Service to violate any law.

We may suspend or terminate access, void match results, and reset balances for any violation, at our sole discretion. Report suspected cheating or exploits to support@rakefall.com.

7. The $RAKE token

$RAKE is a token deployed on Robinhood Chain. Information about $RAKE on the Service is provided for transparency only. We do not sell $RAKE through the Service, and nothing on the Service is an offer to sell, a solicitation to buy, or a recommendation of any token or other asset. $RAKE confers no equity, revenue share, dividend, or governance right in ZipLyne LLC. We make no representation about the value, liquidity, or future availability of $RAKE. Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including the games, software, artwork, wordmarks, and content, is owned by ZipLyne LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial play under these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service except where the law permits it despite this restriction.

9. Third-party services and blockchains

The Service references and settles to Robinhood Chain, a third-party blockchain network. "Robinhood Chain" states where Rakefall contracts are deployed; Rakefall is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Robinhood. We do not control third-party networks, wallets, or explorers. Blockchain transactions are public and generally irreversible.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that beta data (including balances, match history, and statistics) will be preserved.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZipLyne LLC and its members, managers, and personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZipLyne LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or of applicable law.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Dispute-resolution and arbitration provisions for real-money play will be added with the real-money terms described in Section 15.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service develops. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be flagged on the Service. Continuing to use the Service after a revision takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Reserved: real-money terms

Real-money play is not offered today. Before it launches in any region, this document will be extended with counsel-reviewed, region-specific terms covering at minimum: deposits and withdrawals, stakes and settlement, fees and payouts, the wagering contract, identity verification (KYC), responsible-gaming enforcement, dispute resolution and arbitration, and region eligibility. Those terms will control real-money play where they apply.
