Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible

This policy covers rakefall.com, app.rakefall.com, and the Rakefall games (the "Service"), operated by ZipLyne LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, registered office 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. For privacy matters contact privacy@rakefall.com.

2. What we collect

• Callsign. The name you play under. It is chosen by you and does not need to identify you.
• Wallet address. Only if you choose to connect a wallet. A public address, never your private keys or seed phrase.
• Gameplay telemetry. Match events (hits, kills, balances, timing) and technical inputs the server needs to run matches and detect cheating.
• Basic analytics. Aggregate usage of the website and app (pages viewed, approximate region, device class) to understand what works.
• Email address. Only if you join the waitlist or email us, along with the content of your message.
• Technical logs. IP addresses and request metadata in server logs, kept for security and operations.

3. What we do not collect in the beta

• No payment or banking data. There is nothing to pay for.
• No government ID or identity documents. KYC arrives only with real-money play.
• No precise geolocation.
• We do not sell personal data, and we do not run third-party advertising.

4. How we use data

• To run matches and operate the Service.
• To detect and prevent cheating, abuse, and fraud.
• To debug, improve, and balance the games.
• To respond when you contact us, and to send waitlist updates you asked for.
• To comply with law.

5. Cookies and local storage

The Service uses local storage in your browser for functional state such as your callsign and settings. We keep cookies to the minimum needed for the Service to work and for basic analytics. We do not use advertising cookies. If we adopt an analytics provider that requires consent in your region, we will ask first.

6. Sharing

We share data only with:

• service providers that host and operate our infrastructure, bound to process data only on our instructions;
• authorities, where the law requires it; and
• a successor entity, if ZipLyne LLC is reorganized or acquired.

7. On-chain data is public

If you connect a wallet, remember that blockchain activity is public by design. Settlement receipts written to Robinhood Chain, and any transaction involving your wallet address, are visible to anyone and cannot be deleted by us.

8. Retention

We keep data only as long as it serves the purposes above: gameplay telemetry for balancing and anti-cheat windows, logs for security review, and correspondence while a matter is open. Beta balances and match history may be reset at any time as part of development. When data is no longer needed we delete or anonymize it.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU/EEA and UK under GDPR, and California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data. We do not sell or share personal data as those terms are defined in the CCPA. To exercise any right, email privacy@rakefall.com. We will verify the request and respond within the time the law requires. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights, and you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has used the Service, contact privacy@rakefall.com and we will delete the data.

11. International transfers

We operate from the United States and our infrastructure providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires safeguards for international transfers, we rely on recognized mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses.

12. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy as the Service develops, including before any real-money launch, which will involve additional data (identity verification, payments) and a counsel-reviewed revision. The date at the top reflects the latest revision.
