Responsible Gaming
High-frequency stakes demand harder guardrails than a sportsbook, not softer ones. These controls ship with the platform as features, not fine print.
Our position
Rakefall games are skill-based, real-time competition: aim, movement, and timing decide outcomes, not random draws. That does not make money-on-the-line play risk-free. Losing streaks, chasing losses, and playing longer than intended are real risks in any competitive format where value moves, and the speed of our format makes discipline more important, not less. We design for that from the start.
Where things stand today
The beta is free play. Credits have no cash value, nothing can be deposited or withdrawn, and no real-money play is offered anywhere. Even so, the session habits you build now matter: set a time budget, take breaks, and stop when it stops being fun.
The controls we will enforce for real money
Before real-money play launches in any region, these controls ship in the product and are enforced by the platform, not by your willpower:
- Deposit caps. You set a hard ceiling before you play. The platform enforces it.
- Loss limits. A net-loss stop per day, week, or month that ends money play when reached.
- Session limits. Time limits that end the session. Enforced stops, not suggestions.
- Cool-off. A short break you can trigger instantly: 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days away from money play.
- Self-exclusion. One switch takes you out for as long as you choose, including permanently. It works instantly and it holds. Reversals are delayed by design, and where a region operates a self-exclusion register we will honor it.
- Age verification. Strict identity-based age checks wherever real money is live: 18 or 21 plus, as the region requires.
- Region controls. Real money only where licensed. Everyone else plays free, no exceptions.
Limits tighten immediately and loosen slowly: a request to lower a cap takes effect at once, a request to raise one takes effect only after a waiting period.

Signs that play is becoming a problem:
- Playing to win back losses.
- Playing with money needed for essentials.
- Hiding play, or lying about time or money spent.
- Feeling restless or irritable when not playing.
- Play crowding out work, sleep, or relationships.
If any of these sound familiar, take a break now and consider talking to one of the organizations below.
