Two modes, two answers. Free play is open now where lawful. Real money launches region by region as licensing clears, and is not offered anywhere today.
Free play, today
The free beta at app.rakefall.com is open wherever playing a free skill game is lawful. Credits have no cash value, nothing can be deposited or withdrawn, and no purchase exists. You are responsible for confirming that access is lawful where you live, and we geo-restrict where the law requires us to.
Real money, region by region
Real-money play is not available anywhere today. It launches one region at a time, and only after three things are true for that region:
- licensing or explicit legal clearance for our format is in place;
- age verification, KYC, and the responsible-gaming controls are live and enforced for that region; and
- counsel-reviewed real-money terms for that region are published.
We do not announce target regions or dates before licensing clears. When a region goes live, it will be listed here.

What decides availability
Skill-based competition for money is regulated differently across jurisdictions: some treat it as skill gaming, some as gambling, some prohibit it outright. Availability in any region depends on its licensing regime, minimum age rules, tax and AML requirements, and how it classifies our format. Where classification is uncertain, we stay free-play until it is not.
